+ Proven Project Management experience

+ Experience leading telephony, Unified Communications, Contact Center, or CCaaS projects

+ Experience with Microsoft Teams Phone migrations, PBX migrations, cloud telephony, or voice modernization initiatives

+ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

+ Experience driving multiple projects simultaneously
