Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead internal project coordination for a long-term contract opportunity based in San Jose, California. This role will guide cross-functional planning, governance, and execution throughout a multi-month enterprise implementation of Coupa, ensuring teams stay aligned and delivery remains on track. The position works closely with internal stakeholders, external implementation partners, and connected platform teams to support a successful rollout and post-launch stabilization.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the internal project roadmap, tracking timelines, dependencies, and key milestones across the full implementation lifecycle of Coupa.

• Establish clear ownership across business and technical teams, confirming resource commitments and keeping stakeholders accountable for deliverables.
