Project Manager, Studies & Analysis (SAaR)

COLSA is seeking a Project Manager, Studies & Analysis (SAaR) in Dayton, Ohio, to lead Studies and Analysis operations in support of the EPASS Mobility contract. The successful candidate will oversee multiple SAaR projects and serve as the primary interface with Government customers while ensuring successful contract execution, personnel management, and customer satisfaction.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
+ + Lead Studies and Analysis (SAaR) operations supporting the EPASS Mobility contract

+ Manage multiple concurrent SAaR projects, ensuring technical performance, schedules, budgets, customer requirements, and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables are executed successfully

+ Provide direct supervision, hiring, and performance management for SAaR personnel
