Location: Singapore

The purpose of this position is to manage key strands of HD Asia-Pacific's inter-state conflict prevention portfolio, with primary responsibility for the planning, implementation and coordination of selected projects and activities.

Key responsibilities would include:

. Manage the day-to-day implementation of selected inter-state conflict prevention projects and activities, ensuring that workplans, timelines, budgets, deliverables and reporting requirements are met.

Lead and take primary management responsibility for conflict prevention and resolution training to government officials including strategy, planning, implementation, budget monitoring, expenditure tracking, donor liaison, donor reporting, grant compliance, consultant oversight, and coordination of procurement and contracting processes.
