- Create initial business case together with Product Management.
- Define competencies and resources needed and build a high‑performing project team.
- Lead teams for multisite industrial, outsourcing or optimisation projects.
- Define project plans, resources, and assign work packages within projects.
- Report project progress using milestones and gates to stakeholders.
- Monitor project budget and timeline.
- Manage escalations to stakeholders and/or the Project Review Board.
- Drive industrial activities/programs in cost‑down, outsourcing and supply resilience.
