**What you’ll do**:
**Job Summary**
The Project Lead Manager manages assigned plant projects in operations and functional areas to meet deadlines (TITAN Project), performance and achieve site/corporate financial goals. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans capturing key technical requirements and deliverables and outlining project tasks, milestones, status, and resource allocation. Also develop effective cross-organization relationships, efficient collaboration, and communication across the business and with stakeholders. Support the full deployment of project management impacting program metrics successfully. Strong leadership, accountability, and knowledge in PMP.
