Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Director to lead the delivery of the Terminal 6 Substructure Works package at King Salman International Airport (KSIA), one of the region's most significant aviation infrastructure developments. This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for programme, cost, quality, safety, and stakeholder management across the substructure scope, spanning mass earthworks, reinforced concrete substructure, waterproofing, and precast elements. You will act as the primary interface with the Employer, Engineer, and internal executive leadership, directing a multidisciplinary key personnel team through mobilization, execution, and handover. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record delivering large-scale civil or building packages on fast-track international programmes, with the commercial and technical judgement to manage risk, resolve disputes, and keep delivery on schedule and within budget from day one.
