Key Responsibilities Overall projects supervision and is responsible for their project P&L Drive project execution and controlling until contract closure Managing performance, costs, schedule, quality, and risks & opportunities for mitigation actions Monitoring and controlling with the WPMs the performance of the different activities of their respective work packages Managing interface with key customers and the project third-parties, ensuring customer satisfaction for the project(s) and company reputation Implementing, with the support of Operations(PMO), a solid and comprehensive EAC process, sales and cash forecasts and risks & opportunities management Coordinate the resource allocations within the projects with the Project Portfolio Director/Project Director and the respective Department Heads Lead Bid activities with the support of the Bid team for opportunities and ...
