**Your Role and Team in a Nutshell**

As Program Manager, you will **lead New Product Development projects** for our Kitchen business, with a focus on the **Beverage category** . You will guide cross-functional teams through the stage-gate process from concept to commercial launch, helping bring innovative products to market. You will work closely with colleagues in Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and Leadership, using clear plans, sound judgement and strong relationships to keep projects moving.
