Project Manager Preclinical Product Development

To coordinate and streamline managerial activities within the organization, we are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic Discovery organization in Gent/Zwijnaarde. This position is an ideal fit for someone with a PhD and early (1-3 years) experience in project management within an industry setting—especially those who thrive outside rigid matrix structures and prefer a hands-on, pragmatic approach to driving progress.

This position requires an on-site presence in the office/labs in Zwijnaarde (Ghent, Belgium) of at least 4 days/week.

What you’ll do

You will drive planning, tracking and alignment across preclinical product development (PPD) projects, while also shaping and maintaining clear and efficient ways of working within the PPD team.
