**Overview**

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Project Manager - TAP Operations Lead to support the Department of Veterans Affairs Military to Civilian Readiness (M2CR) Transition Assistance Program (TAP). The selected candidate will lead worldwide TAP field operations, including onsite and virtual support, Benefits Advisor coordination, staffing readiness, event coverage, and operational reporting.

This role oversees day-to-day operations for a geographically dispersed workforce supporting transitioning Service members, Veterans, families, caregivers, survivors, and other eligible participants. It requires strong resource management, scheduling discipline, client coordination, problem solving, and the ability to operate in a dynamic Federal environment.
