Job Description:
The Project Manager for the OpenGov Implementation will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of OpenGov software solutions across the organization. This role ensures that project milestones are met, stakeholders are aligned, and the implementation remains on schedule, within scope, and compliant with operational requirements. The Project Manager will act as the primary liaison between internal departments, OpenGov representatives, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Coordination
+ Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan outlining timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and resources.
+ Coordinate with OpenGov implementation teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, requirements, and expectations.
+ Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status updates, and progress reviews.
