Hybrid Role – Barcelona Office (Cornellà de Llobregat). Employees expected to work from our Barcelona office three days per week and may work remotely the remaining days.

Overview

We’re looking for an Innovation Operations Project Manager to join our R&D organization and drive New Product Development (NPD) within our Hair category . This role is critical in translating strategic priorities into disciplined execution, enabling speed to market, value creation, and strong cross‑functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPD programs end‑to‑end, balancing quality, timing, and cost through the Innovation Development Process
• Manage cross‑functional project teams (5–20 members) in a matrix organization
