Tasks
Assist in establishing and monitoring project schedules in collaboration with the superintendent and project management team. Manage project administration with subcontractors, including purchase orders, shop drawings, and change orders. Track project progress using existing tools, including Procore. Coordinate the delivery of shop drawings and required documents to the relevant professionals. Collaborate with subcontractors and various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Follow up on manufacturing and installation elements, particularly for specific components or assemblies depending on the project. Participate in follow-up meetings with professionals and various partners involved in the projects. Conduct site visits as needed.
