Role Description

Manage end-to-end execution of modular kitchen and wardrobe projects.
Coordinate between clients, designers, production teams, vendors, and installation teams.
Prepare project schedules and ensure timely delivery and installation.
Conduct site visits, measurements, and progress reviews.
Monitor project budgets, material procurement, and resource allocation.
Resolve site issues, client concerns, and execution challenges.
Ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and design specifications are met.
Track project milestones and provide regular status updates to management.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and customer satisfaction.
