About the Role
Oversees the entire Construction Operations, which includes the Admin., Warehouse, Line & Grade, Safety, Planning, Finishing, Q/S, and MEPF. Ensures the effective and efficient implementation of Company Rules and Regulations, quality policies, systems and procedures.
Manages overall project performance such as but not limited to the scope, safety, quality, schedule, innovation, cost, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Establishes, maintains and manages customer requirements and expectations regarding the project performance.
- Effectively applies the approved methodologies and project standards of the Company.
- Manages and analyzes project budget and expenses.
- Determines appropriate revenue recognition and ensures timely and accurate invoicing as well as strictly monitors receivables for project.
