Responsibilities
:
Lead commissioning efforts for large and technically complex building systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, and integrated systems. Coordinate multidisciplinary commissioning teams comprised of engineers, contractors, controls specialists, and facility stakeholders. Develop and manage commissioning plans, schedules, and pre-functional and functional tests to ensure timely completion of commissioning activities aligned with project milestones. Plan, organize, and oversee functional performance testing (FPT) for mechanical, electrical, and integrated building systems. Apply technical expertise in HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and building automation systems (BAS/DDC) to conduct commissioning verification.
