Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Computer Science, Mathematics, or other IT – related degree.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in managing software development projects.
• With 2 to 3 years work experience in systems analysis and design.
• Has an ability to oversee the creation of detailed, complete project documentation through: prototyping, use cases, user-interaction flows, UML, flowcharts, ERDs, GUI design and functional specifications.
• Has the ability to supervise application developers, analysts, and testers on project tasks.
