Job Description
- Lead the creative development process for LBE projects, working closely with internal teams and external partners to meet business objectives.
- Develop and manage project plans with internal teams, third-party vendors, and licensees, setting clear goals, deliverables, budgets, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Manage licensing partnerships, ensuring compliance with brand standards, approval processes, project schedules, and key deliverables.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure projects stay on brand, on time, and on budget.
- Maintain strong working relationships and facilitate clear communication with licensors, licensees, design partners, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders across multiple territories and time zones.
