Responsibilities This position is for Office of Integrated Information Technology Services (IITS). Project Management & Execution: End-to-End Oversight: Manage the full project lifecycle from conceptualization and design to installation, testing, and commissioning (T&C) for Smart Classrooms, Meeting Rooms, and Auditoriums. Develop detailed project plans, scopes of work, schedule and budget estimates based on project requirements. Engagement with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and translating them into technical specifications Vendor Management: Supervise external contractors and system integrators to ensure adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
