Establishes programs and daily operational systems to implement long-term goals established by the Branch Manager.
Utilizes computerized estimating program and achieves budgeted sales and estimating goals.
Accepts and achieves the prime objective of making a profit on each job and according to specifications.
Plans and controls activities toward that objective.
Must be able to estimate, sell, coordinate and manage enough work for a minimum of 2 crews.
