- Good coordination skills and able to manage conflict and solution for resolution
- Able to derive synergy tracking numbers on headcount efficiency to release and cost saves
- Project implementation experience from design, build, test deploy – overseeing and managing
- Works with various stakeholders to pull together views & inputs supporting specific workstream deliverables
- Experience in onboarding end to end improvement with AI exposure is an advantage, credit processes and banking products
- Experience to pull together dependencies across workstreams into implementation plans and able to foresee risk and mitigations required cross workstreams or for specific workstream
