Responsibilities

• Manage business demand, adapting to variable needs according to demand
• Support business teams in the implementation of technologies and developments
• Drive continuous and proactive business improvement by identifying pain points and new opportunities
• Coordinate tasks and incidents with development teams
• Analyze and document tasks/incidents for development teams
• Manage backlog and prioritize in favor of business objectives
• Provide support to development teams for correct implementation of tasks/incidents
