- Direct daily operations and vendor performance for mission-critical systems supporting multiple government eServices
- Formulate and monitor project budgets, service requests, and cost tracking
- Supervise audit cycles, compliance checks, and security remediation efforts
- Administer cloud infrastructure and hosting environments (AWS/GCC)
- Hold vendors accountable for the timely, quality delivery of system change requests
- Safeguard uninterrupted service availability for internet-facing platforms outside scheduled maintenance windows
- Build and maintain detailed project schedules, resourcing plans, and delivery roadmaps
- Steer cross-functional project teams and manage relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify project risks early and drive mitigation and issue-resolution strategies
- Chair project governance sessions and compile status updates and dashboards for leadership
