AECOM Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II in Dallas, TX.
Job Details:
- Manage projects involving services provided by multidiscipline design team
- Oversee all phases of projects from planning/initiation to post-construction closeout
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget for small to mid-sized projects
- Work mostly independently but receive basic instruction on specific assignments, objectives, complex features, and possible solutions
- Produce weekly/monthly reports of project progress and status of resolved/unresolved issues
- Build strong client relationships
- Analyze and apply solutions to atypical and/or semi-complex and challenging issues within area of expertise
- Prepare cost estimates and proposals
- Coordinate work schedules with client staff and contractors
