Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on high‑rise building construction
- In‑depth knowledge of high‑rise construction techniques, structural systems, and vertical logistics
- Proficient in project management tools e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
- Experience with high‑rise residential, commercial, or mixed‑use developments
- Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and permitting processes
- Bilingual Arabic and English is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
