Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a prestigious 109-unit residential development in Guildford, Surrey.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven construction professional to take ownership of a flagship development from inception through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction are achieved.
The Role
Reporting to the Construction Director, you will have full responsibility for the successful delivery of a 109-unit housing scheme, managing site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders whilst maintaining programme, budget and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Overall management and delivery of the development from groundworks through to handover.
