We are recruiting a Project Manager – Fit Out for one of our clients in the civil engineering industry based in Dubai, UAE.

Our client is a leading Dubai-based civil engineering company delivering high-quality construction and fit‑out projects across commercial and infrastructure sectors, with extensive experience in civil works, building construction, and MEP integration. They provide end‑to‑end solutions including design coordination, project management, and execution, and maintain strong standards of safety, quality, and compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial surveys to check existing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), ceiling heights, floor levels, and any asbestos or structural issues.
- Liaise with building management, landlords, security, and neighboring tenants regarding access, noise hours, lift usage, and waste disposal.
