Project Manager (Facilities Podium A&A)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager (Facilities Podium A&A) / Project Executive to oversee Addition & Alteration (A&A), upgrading, and facilities-related projects within a large mixed-use development environment. You will be responsible for managing projects from planning through execution and handover, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with statutory and quality requirements. This role requires strong coordination skills, technical understanding of building systems, and the ability to work effectively in a live operational environment. Key Responsibilities
