In the sales phase, you will lead proposal development and cost engineering. Once awarded, you will own execution: planning, subcontractor coordination, schedule, cost & quality performance. This dual responsibility guarantees client continuity and drives efficiency in a rapidly scaling business unit. Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities Prepare technical and commercial bids, including cost calculations and layouts. Coordinate with sales, procurement, and engineering for optimized solutions. Manage projects post-award: scope, cost, schedule, quality, and HSE compliance. Oversee installation, procurement, logistics, and stakeholder communication. Handle change orders, reporting, commissioning, and project close-out. Drive process improvements, ensure ISO/GMP compliance, and support innovation.
