Project Manager

Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together! Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards. Minimizes our exposure risk on project with Managing the scope and project budget. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Tracks & follow up and reports team activity on a weekly basis. Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables. Analyses project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization. Handle Business Process Re-engineering and performance development.
