Project Manager Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Project Manager with valid Dubai Municipality approval to oversee and manage construction projects in Dubai and across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of projects while ensuring compliance with client requirements, regulatory standards, quality expectations, budget constraints and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to handover.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE building codes, health and safety requirements and project specifications.
