Project Management
- Responsible for profitability of the Project
- Coordinating with consultant-client to kick off site to start project construction; making all necessary arrangements of building approval procurement of material, design, drawing, and sample approval.
- Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with Site Engineer, Site Supervisor, and Workforce and Subcontractor workforce for successful completion of project.
- Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost and quality parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
- Liaising with the clients/consultants for the successful & timely completion of the project
- Attending all site weekly meetings & developing action plan against the points discussed and preparation of minutes of the meeting
