🏗️ Execute dairy projects (Greenfield & Brownfield) across locations
⏱️ Ensure timely completion as per project schedules
📦 Material planning, tracking & cost control
🏭 Handle construction of dairy plants & chilling centers
⚙️ Installation, erection & commissioning of dairy equipment
🧊 Manage utilities (Boilers, ETP, WTP, Compressors, Cold Rooms, Electricals)
📑 Liaison with Govt. authorities (Factories, CEIG, IBR, PCB)
⚡ Drive energy efficiency & sustainability initiatives
👥 Team management & manpower optimization
🤝 Vendor development & contractor management
🔗 Coordinate with internal teams & OEMs (Tetra Pak etc.)
📋 Ensure statutory compliance for new/expansion projects
🏅 Implement TPM, ISO, SHE, FSSAI standards
📊 Maintain documentation & periodic reporting
