Project Manager (Construction)

Overview of the Position

The Project Manager leads multiple concurrent construction projects from planning through execution and close-out, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to safety and quality standards, and full alignment with client expectations. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with procurement, design, commercial, and site teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion for multiple fit-out or construction projects.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and service delivery teams to meet project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards on-site.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, and proactively resolve project issues.
• Lead client walkthroughs, progress reviews, and final handovers with a focus on client satisfaction and delivery excellence.
