Project Manager - Commercial Kitchens, BOH & Laundry

Job description

The role is of a consultant to oversee execution of commercial kitchens, BOH & laundries in hotels by leading vendors. The role requires co-ordination with Architects, PMC's, MEP consultants, ID's, F&B professionals & kitchen / laundry vendors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Rough-in Plans to clients
• Hold Prebid meetings with bidders and pre-qualify prospective bidders
• Approve shop drawings, coordinated sections with ID drawings for high end display kitchens, site coordination.
• Factory & site inspections to ensure delivery of stipulated quality by the vendors.
• Coordinate smooth handover of projects

Qualifications

• Engineering or IHM degree.
• Exposure to commercial kitchens, interior fit outs or high value capital goods.
• Overall experience of 6-8 years in a similar field.
