Project Manager

Project Planning & Coordination

• Review project scope specifications and contractual obligations.
  

• Develop detailed project plans including schedules resource allocation and budgeting.
  

• Liaise with clients consultants main contractors and internal teams to ensure project objectives are aligned and met.
  

• Conduct site inspections to assess progress and resolve on-ground challenges.
  

Execution & Supervision

• Oversee and manage all aluminium and glass installation activities on-site.
  

• Ensure technical accuracy compliance with design specifications and adherence to quality and safety standards.
  

• Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to avoid delays.
  

• Supervise site engineers foremen and subcontractors.
