Project manager – building construction projects

Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple building construction projects. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Oversee site activities to ensure project milestones are achieved. Manage contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Ensure compliance with construction regulations, health and safety requirements, and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and project progress meetings. Monitor project costs and manage budget expenditure. Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and clients. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Resolve site-related challenges and ensure minimal disruption to project timelines. Manage contract administration and project documentation.
