Project Manager

Evolito is accelerating the adoption of electric propulsion for aerospace and personal mobility. Our lightweight, high‑power systems serve EVTOL, UAVs, and general aviation. We are rapidly scaling and seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple customer projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned projects.
• Act as the internal primary focal point for project status.
• Build and maintain a cross‑functional project plan in MS Project.
• Ensure project milestones align with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Drive daily execution across the entire organization to ensure timely delivery.
• Define and monitor project KPIs, providing mitigating plans to return to target.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable internal plans.
• Motivate and drive internal teams to deliver the agreed plan.
