Project Manager and Contracts Admin (Construction)

Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager who is responsible for coordinating and supporting demolition projects from the office, ensuring every project is planned, communicated, documented, and delivered efficiently. Working under the Project Director and alongside the Operations Manager, this role acts as the operational link between the office, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. The Project Manager is responsible for keeping projects moving by managing day-to-day coordination, project administration, scheduling, documentation, logistics, and communication. This role provides operational continuity by ensuring office functions continue seamlessly whenever the Operations Manager is attending site or the Project Director is unavailable.
