Role Overview
The Project Manager will lead multiple innovation and R&D initiatives across agri-tech domains, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable outcomes. The role involves close collaboration with technical teams, field operations, commercial stakeholders, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning to execution and scale-up
- Define project objectives, timelines, KPIs, and resource requirements
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including R&D, Labs, Field Ops, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Digital, Procurement, and PMO
