Project Manager-AC After sales

We are looking for an experienced and result‑oriented Project Manager to lead and expand our Air Conditioner After Sales Service operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of sales, marketing, business expansion, customer service operations, and team management. The candidate will be responsible for developing service networks, improving customer satisfaction, increasing service revenue, and ensuring smooth execution of after‑sales projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall AC after‑sales service operations including installation, maintenance, repair, and customer support.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and maintain high service quality standards.
• Develop SOPs and service policies for efficient field operations.
