Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans.
• Track progress and provide regular reporting.
• Manage day‑to‑day client communications and address operational issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks, escalating to Senior PM when required.
• Ensure project documentation and compliance with PMO standards.
• Support change management processes and client training when necessary.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• PMP or Associate PMP certified.
• 5-8 years experience in project management within IT/system integration.
• Hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure (active/passive), network, cybersecurity, CCTV, and cabling.
