PROJECT MANAGER

Bachelor (or preferably Masters) degree in Engineering or in related discipline (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Agricultural etc.) with preferably a PMP certification or any other project management related certification. 10–15 years of project management experience in the construction sector with at least 4 years in a managerial role on a large-scale projects.

Skills

Strong knowledge of all aspects of Project Management. Functional/Technical expertise in areas of landscaping, hardscaping, softscaping, irrigation or mechanical and electrical works. Thorough understanding of project management issues with an experience of resolving issues internally and externally. Knowledge of local laws and regulations affecting project operations. Understanding of international best practices in project management.
