Job Summary

As a Team Lead in Cost & Commission Services – Digital Transformation (CCS), you deliver front-to-back, data-intensive initiatives that improve transparency, controls, and cost outcomes across FICC OTC and Equities. You translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and actionable delivery artifacts for technology teams. You lead testing and releases, ensuring accurate calculations, reconciliations, and downstream consumption across stakeholders and platforms.
