Yorkshire Health Partners (YHP) is seeking an motivated and experienced Project Lead to support delivery of high-impact programmes that improve services and outcomes for local communities.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate a range of projects while also contributing to the development of innovative income-generating services, including private and non‑NHS‑funded provision. You will play a key role in strengthening YHP’s long‑term sustainability and supporting reinvestment into community health services.
