Project Lead

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage concept evaluation, selection, definition and project execution for assigned development projects/sub-projects of moderate complexity, within Subsea facilities
- Lead project teams including contractors, monitor progress, and take corrective actions
- To manage the associated project follow-up, assuring quality, consistency and timely execution of the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases according to approved budget and schedule
- Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders and manage stakeholder actions
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and obtain necessary approvals
Technical and Personal Skills
- Experience from Subsea facilities (SPS and SURF) early phase projects and/or execution projects
- Experience of managing facilities team in early phase and/or execution with close collaboration with drilling, subsurface and other E&P functions
