- BS Architecture / Civil Eng. graduate
- Strong leadership & project management skills
- Skilled in scheduling, billing & people management
- With COSH SO2
- 3+ yrs experience in Project/Construction Mgmt (Kitchen, Modular Cabinet & Smart Door Locks preferred)
Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor & manage project requirements
- Coordinate with departments & subcontractors
- Ensure quality, progress & timely turnover
- Prepare project close-out & reports
