Project HSE Supervisor

Job Overview

We are looking for a Project HSE Supervisor to join our PJM site‑level team and strengthen it. They will be accountable for overseeing and managing site HSE projects in support of a large international Life Sciences account with us in Zurich and Luzern .

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Acts as subject matter expert (SME) to drive visible leadership commitment, embedding a culture of safety, health and wellness within the PJM Team and toward suppliers and subcontractors.
• Participates when needed in presentations, consultation meetings, bids, and contract generation to support client buying requirements, expectations, behaviours and associated outcomes.
• Ensures project designs are safe, efficient, and incorporate best engineering and compliance practices and meet company safety standards and local standards requirements.
