Project Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Executed and managed MEP, Flooring, Gypsum ceiling, Carpentry, Joinery, Façade, & landscaping works.
  
  
• Project planning and execution of all site activities.
  
  
• Coordinated with the Architect, Consultant, Main contractor, and subcontractor to resolve the issues at site and ensuring the project completion within the scheduled time.
  
  
• Prepare long-term and short-term material requirement indents based on project schedule, stock, and lead time for procurement.
  
  
• Certified and verified contractor’s bill quantity.
  
  
• Prepared BOQ of additional works as per site condition.
  
  
• Prepare detailed project reports and progress updates.
